Jihane joined EFE-Maroc in March 2017. Prior to joining EFE, she was leading the development of the billion-dollar social enterprise Groupe SOS in the United States through employment and entrepreneurship programs for underserved and at-risk youth. She also worked with The Clinton Foundation to develop career-readiness and workforce development programs in the United States following the 2008 recession. A dual citizen of Morocco and France, she holds a BA in Economics & Public Policy, an MA in Finance & Strategic Management from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Certificate in Social Sector Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley.
